Adding the HP CR End User Interface URL to the HP CR Server Administrator

Add the HP CR End User Interface URL to the HP CR Server Administrator following the instructions below. Once you add the link, email notification messages for deficiency recipients generated by IIQ operators will contain a link to access the deficiency using HP CR End User Interface. To add the HP CR End User Interface URL:

1. Click Start > All Programs > HP Capture and Route > HP Capture & Route Server Administrator.

2. In the console tree, expand the HP CR server.

3. Right-click server name and select Properties from the drop-down menu.

4. Click Settings to open the Settings page.

5. In the Web Client section, go to the URL text box and enter the HP CR End User Interface URL:
   http://WebServerName/WebClient
   
   

6. Click OK to save your changes.
